Great Balls OF Fire Preview

This Sunday, on July 9th on the WWE network, The first ever Great Balls Of Fire will be live for the first time. This show will  see a Ambulance match between as Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman top off their rivalry. They have been feuding and fighting for months, and violence is guaranteed in this match. There will be other championships such as the match between Samoa Joe and Lesnar that will be a sight to behold. I will be previewing each of the matches and giving you my opinion on who is going to win this Sunday.

Enzo Amore vs. Big Cass

I think everybody knew that Big Cass was the one who had been attacking Enzo Amore the whole time Obviously, it was him as Cass gave Enzo a big boot to the face, solidifing his heel turn. Enzo looked like a big idiot this feud when literally the week after Cass revealed it was him who attacked Enzo, he tries to heal the relationship. Cass then again attacks and literally throws him off the stage. Honestly, I am not a fan of WWE breaking up Cass And Enzo because the barely had time to get established as a team. Their feuds were lackluster and they were just like every single tag team that come up from NXT who were reduced to nothing. It was not the time to split the two up after only one year on the main roster together.
However, both Enzo and Cass were really good in their roles especially Enzo with his emotional promos and character development. So far, Cass has done well as a heel, he has the size, wrestling ability, and the decent mic skills to be a good wrestler.
Cass should stomp and  beat down on Enzo and squash him to end the match quickly because there is no other way I see.

The Miz vs. Dean Ambrose (Intercontinental Championship)

I dont even know where to start with this feud. I am so sick and tired of seeing these two feud that I hope after this match, they move on to different people. This never ending rivalry between The Miz and Dean Ambrose over the Intercontinental Championship needs to reach a conclusion at Great Balls of Fire. I will admit that the Miz is better in the role of Intercontinental champion at the moment than Ambrose. In addition to playing the part of a heel and to perfection, he has helped raise the stock of that title more than anyone else has in a long while.
Ambrose, on the other hand, did nothing of note while champion and has been better off without the title. Either way, this feud must end at the  pay-per-view with Miz  defeating Ambrose clean in the middle of the ring.
Prediction: The Miz retains the Intercontinental Championship.
Sheamus and Cesaro vs. the Hardy Boyz (Iron Man Raw Tag Team Championship Match)
We do not really see alot of Iron Man matches in WWE, but this feud with Sheamus and Cesaro against The Hardy Boyz has gotten really heated and tense to a point where it is the only stipulation that makes sense for them to blow their feud off. Once the 30 minutes are over, it will be the team with the most amount of wins that walks away as Raw Tag Team champions.Hardys.jpg
The two teams have been carrying the load with their terrific matches since April. Sheamus and Cesaro turned heel at just the right time when they attacked The Hardy Boyz .
Their last title matches have been excellent, so it's safe to say they will once again potentially steal the show at Great Balls of Fire in their Iron Man match.
Prediction: The Hardy Boyz win the Raw Tag Team Championship.

Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt

This feud started really on Extreme Rules when Wyatt lost the number one contenders match. Bray Wyatt the next night vowed to exact revenge against each of his opponents from the pay-per-view. Of course, he loses to Roman Reigns but then, later on that same night, he resurfaced and cost Seth Rollins a match against Samoa Joe, kicking off the rivalry in the process.
That could really  only be the real reason I could think of why Wyatt is targeting Rollins because nothing else he has talked about lately has made the slightest bit of sense. Both wrestlers are currently stale and just going through the motions. This could have been a potientally great feud but, WWE really messed up. As a result, fans overall dont care who wins the match and it doesn't matter who wins their upcoming battle at Great Balls of Fire.If theres a rematch at Summerslam, I am sure the build to that match will be just as exciting as is it was before.
Obviously, this is a terrible way of booking because once the program runs its course, nothing is accomplished. Wyatt is not taken seriously at all and has been a punch line in WWE for many months, and this feud with Rollins does nothing for him as the resident ´´King Slayer´´.  I would say that Wyatt loses as usual, but I think Wyatt will win but like I said, it doesn't matter.
Prediction: Bray Wyatt wins.
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks (Raw Women's Championship)

Sasha  Banks has stepped up as the next challenger to the Raw Women's Championship. She had to win a Gauntlet match in the main event of Raw on June 26 to earn her shot at the title.
Bliss and Banks have wrestled very well together up to this point and their match at Great Balls of Fire should be a match to see. There has been no official word on whether the summerslam plans have changed but, whatever happens, Alexa Bliss will be involved in SummerSlam in some form.
With Bayley vs. Banks hopefully being saved  for WrestleMania 34, Bliss should hold onto the gold for at least another month before The Boss gets the championship back.
Prediction: Alexa Bliss retains the Raw Women's Championship.

Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar (Ambulance Match)
Reigns.jpg
This  feud that has ran for six months, yet this feud is still great with Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman going to war on a weekly basis. They certainly bring the best out of each other and their matches have been proof of that.
Strowman's sat on the sidelines with an injury during the month of May ( which if you think that Raw is tough to watch now, imagine it without Strowman). He has built up an incredible following as one of Raw's top heels, and having him lose to Reigns on Sunday would ruin any momentum he has.
Even though it is an Ambulance match, Strowman losing would still be bad for him even without him being pinned. This match, should he win will push him into the Universal Championship picture in time for SummerSlam or beyond. He won't look like much of a threat to the champion if he is loses to Reigns at Great Balls of Fire. This Ambulance match will be Strowman's time to shine and lead to his becoming an even bigger star than he already is.
Prediction: Braun Strowman wins.
Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe (Universal Championship)

Samoa Joe.png

I cannot wait to see this match, excellent build and feud which is a huge thumbs up to the two men and the creative team. Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe, a blockbuster bout many years in the making. At Great Balls of Fire, it will finally happen and it has to live up to the big expectations fans have set for it.
This has every right to have such high standards for this championship clash because the build has been so brilliant and the tension is high. Joe has been booked  as an equal to Lesnar with him choking out Rollins, Reigns, and other top starts.
Now, I have an idea as to how this match can end but I think this is the wrong show for that. I am just gonna say it, I predict a Paul Heyman turn on Lesnar and him joining Reigns. If this was to happen, it would not only set a buzz for the build to summerslam, but it would be an excuse for a rematch. This cannot be a one time match. if anyone on the roster could beat The Beast, it's Samoa Joe, and now would be the time to pull the trigger on that.
Prediction: Paul Heyman Turns On Lesnar and Samoa Joe Wins the Universal Championship.
